Some childhood taste in my kitchen today! The recipe is simple and it\\\'s a pity not to do it again in the following days.

Choux

- 200 ml water;
- 125 g flour;
- 120 ml vegetable oil;
- 4 eggs;
- a pinch of salt;

Vanilla Cream

- 500 ml milk;
- 3 eggs;
- 100 g sugar;
- 50 g flour;
- 1 spoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract;

Chocolate Glaze

- 100 g bitter chocolate;
- 1 tablespoon of oil;
