Pearl milk pudding :
1 packet gelatin powder green
800 ml of liquid milk
125 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves , torn
150 gramjeli black pearl
Pudding Tapai :
1 packet gelatin white powder
75 grams sugar
500 ml of liquid milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
150 grams of fermented cassava , blender
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 drop of yellow dye
Coconut pudding : cob jelly , coconut milk , sugar , salt , and pandan leaves to boil . Lift . While hot, add the pearl jelly , mix well . Pour pudding into a glass pearl , let cool .
