Puffy German Pancakes

These oven pancakes are a favorite weekend breakfast at our house. I have cut the fat significantly, and I usually make them with half whole wheat flour to make them more healthy. They are delicious!

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
8 eggs
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 cups flour (can use part whole wheat)
