Fun pizza to make with kids and enjoy together with family!

Dough:
2 cups water ( warm )
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon active dry yeast
6 tablespoon cooking oil
5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Red Sauce:
2 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Toppings:
25-30 pepperoni's
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
*Preheat oven to 425*F Dough: 1. In a standing mixer add warm water, sugar salt and yeast and let it stand for 5 minutes and bubbles start to form. 2. Add 6 tbsp of oil and then add flour on low speed one cup at a time. 3. Combine everything and mix dough for about 8 minutes on low speed. Dough will be stick to touch, but should not be sticking to bowl when it is being kneaded. 4. Oil your hands and a bowl with a little bit of cooking oil and oil the table where you will be placing the dough. 5. Form dough into a ball and place into oiled bowl. 6. Allow the dough to rise about 15 minutes. Red Sauce: 7. Take all ingredients and mix together in a bowl and set aside Putting the bread together: 8. Flatten dough to 1 inch thickness on a cutting board, and cut into small square pieces with a pizza cutter. 9. On a greased 9x13 baking pan, evenly distribute the dough square pieces. 10. Pour the red sauce on top of the dough and spread evenly. 11. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. 12. Place pepperoni's on top of the cheese. 13. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until pepperoni's and cheese start to brown. 14. Cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
