Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Spicy Slaw

Slow cooker recipes are a lifesaver during baseball season. This recipe is a family favorite and so easy. The spicy slaw is amazing!

Pork Sandwiches:
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 five pound boneless pork butt cut into 3 pieces
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce, plus extra for serving
8 sandwich rolls
Spicy Slaw:
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup jarred jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
5 smashed garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
2 cups water
4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons salt
