Pumpkin Ale Brioche Bread Pudding

Pumpkin mingles with pumpkin ale, cream, brioche, and chocolate in this twist on a classic dessert.

2 cups fat free half and half
1 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup pumpkin ale concentrate
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup margarine, softened
4 cups brioche bread, cubed

3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
