A twist on the classic pumpkin pie and the perfect combination of flavors!

1/2 cup half and half
1 can pumpkin puree
1 cup light brown sugar (lightly packed)
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 Large eggs
1 packet unflavored gelatin (found in jello or baking section of grocery store)
1 Medium ripe banana (mashed well)
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 cup heavy cream (cold)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tart shell
