Pumpkin, Carrot and Orange Soup, Spicy Cinnamon & Ginger

1 kg of Chair of squash
250 g. carrot
150 ml of orange juice
1,5 liter water
½ TSP ginger powder
1 ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Peel and cut vegetables into pieces and pour into a large pot with water and orange juice. Add the spices and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat and cover. Mix, salt and pepper to taste and adjust if necessary water. Decorate pumpkin seeds and herbs
