A pumpkin chocolate cake recipe filled with chocolate ganache and topped with a sweet caramel buttercream!

For the cake:

2 ½ cups flour + 2 tablespoons
1 cup cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup buttermilk
1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ¼ cup butter, softened
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
5 whole eggs

For the ganache:
2 ½ cups heavy cream
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

For the buttercream
1 cup butter softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
4 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 11oz package vanilla caramels
2 tablespoons milk
