For The Chocolate Frosting Layers:
1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream
For The Ganache:
¾ cup heavy cream
7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1½ teaspoons corn syrup
For The Chocolate Curls:
One small block of semi-sweet chocolate, approximately 4 ounces
