Even the best of cooks (I do not claim that is me lol) have days where the cookies do not turn out well. So, why throw them away when you can use them in this cookie crumble. I made gluten free pumpkin cookies that did not hold their form so I created this tasty way to use them up! Can use any cookie and vary the ingredients you add.

1 3/4 cup cookies crumbled
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup chopped apple (about 1 small apple)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisin
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup chopped apple (about 1 small apple)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisin
Mix all ingredients except raisins and spread onto a greased cookie sheet (will look similar to granola). Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until apples are soft but still hold their form. Then sprinkle raisins on top and bake another 3 minutes. Can serve plain, with milk or over yogurt or ice cream.
