These Pumpkin Dulce de Leche Baked Doughnuts are soft, sweet, and filled with dulce de leche!

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
