Pumpkin french toast donuts complete with streusel pieces and a maple glaze!

For the Donuts
1 C whole wheat flour
1 C all-purpose flour
? C sugar
¼ C brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
1 C milk (soy milk or almond milk would work)
½ C pumpkin puree
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp maple extract
½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Streusel Pieces
¼ C brown sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
? tsp salt
3 tbsp butter, cold
For the Glaze
½ C brown sugar
¼ C butter
2 tbsp milk
½ C confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp maple extract
