This ice cream pie takes Pumpkin Pie to a whole new level, and you don't even need to heat up your oven!

3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
