4 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 c. pure pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 heaping tbsp. marshmallow fluff (plus extra for topping)
1/8 tsp cinnamon (for garnish)
1/4 c. pure pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 heaping tbsp. marshmallow fluff (plus extra for topping)

Allow melted butter to cool slightly. Stir in pumpkin and vanilla. Set aside.
In a 4 qt. measuring cup, whisk together sugar and eggs.
Add pumpkin mixture and whisk until smooth.
