These pumpkin oatmeal muffins are perfectly moist, easy to make and healthy!

3/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup oatmeal
For the Topping:
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup oatmeal
For the Topping:
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line or spray your muffin tins.
