Pumpkin Oreo Truffle Dip

This light fluffy pumpkin dip is made from an Oreo truffle mixture. You can dip just about anything in this dip.

1 ( 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened )
1 ( 14.3 ounce package Golden Oreos, crushed )
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups Cool Whip
2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
