Pumpkin Pie Cookie Butter Smoothie

A quick and healthy smoothie with the flavors of pumpkin pie and gingerbread

1/2 of a frozen banana, chopped
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
2 tbsp cookie butter
Dash of cinnamon & nutmeg (could also use a couple dashes of pumpkin pie spice if you have it)
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (your preference)
Honey to taste
Whipped topping/cinnamon (optional)
Place everything but the whipped topping in the blender. Blend until nice and smooth. Pour into a glass and top with a little whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if you wish. Enjoy!
