Fluffy donuts filled with thick, creamy pumpkin pie flavored pudding; topped with a sweet maple glaze and pumpkin pie icing. These donuts are the perfect fall treat!

2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbs warm water (110 to 115F)
3/4 cup warm milk (110 to 115F)
1/4 cup sugar, plus 1 tsp
3 Tbs butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
canola oil
For the filling:
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbs corn starch
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
1 Tbs unsalted butter
1 cup whipped cream
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbs maple syrup
3 tsp heavy cream
For the icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbs pumpkin puree
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp heavy cream
