230 g digestive biscuits or similar
115 g butter, melted
1 can 395ml sweetened condensed milk (not skim)
½ cup 100g white (granulated) sugar
½ cup 100g light brown sugar
1/4 cup liquid glucose, or light corn syrup
115 g 1 stick / ½ cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (see notes)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon salt
200 g white chocolate, chopped
115 g butter, melted

½ cup 100g white (granulated) sugar
½ cup 100g light brown sugar
1/4 cup liquid glucose, or light corn syrup
115 g 1 stick / ½ cup unsalted butter
