These are a perfect finger food for your holiday parties. Delicious little pumpkin pies that you can eat without a fork! I definitely would double this recipe, because they will disappear fast! (At least in our family they do.) -Robin

1 (14.1 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated rolled piecrust

3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 cup half-and-half or milk
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
