Pumpkin Pound Cake {Gluten & Sugar-Free}

Pumpkin and pound cake? What's not to love! Hey, did I mention it was gluten and sugar-free? Oh yeah :)

1 cup coconut flour
1 cup greek yogurt
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
5 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
1/2 cup butter (we used grass-fed)
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice mix
2 tbsp erythritol
9 drops liquid stevia
Pumpkin Spice Frosting:
4oz of cream cheese, softened
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
1 tsp erythritol
6 drops of liquid stevia, or more to your taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, vanilla, greek yogurt, and butter together and mix for about 1 minute in an electric mixture, or until mixed completely.
