2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
1 1/3 cup warm water (100 - 110 F)
2 large eggs, divided
2/3 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
2 teapsoons salt
4 1/2 cups flour
6 cups water
3/4 cup baking soda
