Pumpkin Soup with Pollock Roe

Only a spoonful of Pollock roe adds a special flavor to the plain pumpkin soup.

2 cups cooked pumpkin flesh
1 cup water
1½ tablespoon Pollock roe (Mentaiko)
Put pumpkin, water and Pollock roe into a blender. Blend until smooth. Heat the soup in a pot until desired temperature. Pour into a bowl. Garnish with the rest of the roe.
