2 cups all-purpose flour (260g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

1 cup vegetable oil (230ml)
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300g)
