Syrup to the pumpkin
- 25 grams of pumpkin puree
- 20cl of water
- 120 grams of white sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 clove
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper powder
- 2 pinches of salt
for 1 cup of latte in the pumpkin
- 25cl of milk
- 60ml of espresso of your choice
- 4 tablespoons of syrup to the pumpkin
- whipped cream
- some spices: nutmeg, ginger, chili, cinnamon

1st step:
Make the syrup: split in two the vanilla pod and scrape to get the seeds. In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients evenly and in leaving the clove in integer and the split vanilla bean. Bring to a boil and then let simmer gently during 10-15 minutes for the liquid to evaporate. Then let cool down, remove the vanilla bean and the clove before putting in a pot to jams sterilized. Book at cost.
2nd step:
Prepare the latte: pour your espresso, heat up your milk. In a large cup, pour the syrup with the pumpkin in the bottom, cover with your espresso hot. Add the hot milk.
Finalization:
Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with spices. HAS drinking many hot!
