2 Cups canned Pumpkin
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cups Margarine
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Ginger
1) in a small mixing bowl combine dry ingredients, set aside 2) Combine pumpkin, margarine, eggs & Brown Sugar in a large mixing bowl. 3) Add dry ingredients, mix well 4) Bake at 325F for 12-15

1 c sugar
3 T cornmeal
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
