This easy alternative to pumpkin pie will satisfy the cake lovers this holiday!

1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 (10 0z) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
Toffee bits (I used three mini Heath bars from the boys’ Halloween candy)

Mix the pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl with a whisk.
Pour “batter” in a greased 9×13 baking pan.
Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top.
Pour melted butter over the cake...
