This sinfully dark hot chocolate sounds daunting, but you will fall in love with Purdys pure cocoa chocolate bars, with no added preservatives, and it will transform how you think of dark chocolate and take you somewhere akin to Paris in a petite bistro. If you are new to how most people in Europe have their hot chocolate or your craving some after your travels, I hope you will love this recipe as much as I do.

6 squares of Purdy\'s Chocolatier Classic Dark Chocolate
1 1/4 mL of boiling water
Full Cream (Optional for taste and to thin out)

If you are using an electric kettle, stove top kettle, or microwave, make sure the water boils before setting aside, briefly, in order to break off 6 squares of Purdys Classic Dark Chocolate and place in your favorite mug. Pour the water into your mug with the chocolate and stir until thoroughly mixed, adding cream if desired for taste or thickness.
