A healthy and delicious cassoulet ready in a flash!

2 c carrots, chopped
1 c onions, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T extra virgin olive oil
2 c chicken broth, low fat
28 oz canned tomatoes
28 oz canned cannelini beans, drained
1 t dried thyme
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
14 oz turkey smoked sausage, sliced
