Quick and Easy Chicken Minestrone Soup

This a very quick and easy soup to put together on a busy cold night.

2-3 chicken breasts, cooked, diced or shredded
4.5 cups water
2 (14.5 oz.) can of diced tomatoes (I use the kind with basil and oregano added)
1 small pack (about 12 oz.) of frozen veggies (I use maripox mix b/c my family will eat all those veggies but any type is fine.)
1 packet of dry Italian dressing mix
2-3 cups of uncooked ditalini pasta (It is completely up to you if you want the pasta and how much in your soup. I put it in to help entice the kids to eat it.)
Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Mix all the ingredients except pasta and cheese in a large pot or dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. When the pasta is cooked through, serve and enjoy. I sprinkle the parmesan cheese on each bowl when serving.
