Quick Blueberry Greek Yogurt Pancakes

These pancakes are super moist and are made from yogurt, oats, and flaxseed– so healthy and packed with protein! Not to mention super quick to make and a prefect recipe for a single serving(easily can be scaled).

1/3 cup oats, ground into flour
1 Tbsp ground flax
1/2 tsp sodium-free baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp milk
1/3 cup blueberries
