Quick No-Bean Chili

A quick and easy weeknight dinner. Use as a topping on other foods, or serve it by the bowlful!

2 ½ lbs. Ground Beef (I used 88/12)
1 Can (29 oz.) Tomato Puree
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 ½ Tablespoons Ground Cumin
½ Teaspoon Oregano
Salt and Pepper, to taste
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium high heat until browned, about 10 minutes. While the meat cooks, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and oregano in a small bowl.
