This was my experiment with healthy ingredients...This energetic bar will help you to be full and active during a day! Enjoy:)

150g Quinoa
50g Buckwheat flour
2 tbsp. White flour
1 tbsp. Corn starch
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
100g Dry cranberries
50g Olive oil
140g Organic yogurt
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix all dry ingredients Mix an egg+olive oil+yogurt Combine everything together Put pastry into square oven tray Make pastry flat by wet hand Bake it 30 min (375 F)
