Quinoa Salad
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 large mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup almonds, chopped

Orange Citrus Dressing
1 large orange, zested and juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
