Rainbow Spiral Cookies

Photograph I took of the Spiral Cookies I made today! Mix 2 Betty Crocker sugar cookie mixes, cube & a half softened margarine, 3 eggs, half cube of softened cream cheese,1 T of vanilla, and add flour as needed till dough is formed. Seperate into 4 dough balls and use food color to dye each ball. Form a ball of each color and then combine all four balls into a larger ball. When combined, it will resemble a beach ball. Roll ball into line, coil it up, sprinkle edges and bake at 350° 12- 15 mins.
