A wonderful sweet bread made with sweet raspberry filling and a vanilla almond glaze.

Dough:
4 cups all purpose flour
2-2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 eggs, lightly beaten

Raspberry Filling:
6 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 + 2 Tbsp water
1 1/2 Tbsp Raspberry jello powder
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup frozen/fresh raspberries

Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
