2oz/60g Cream Cheese

1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the Topping:
¼ cup/50g Butter, melted
¼ cup/50g granulated sugar
¼ cup/50g all-purpose/plain flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
