Sweet raspberries & tart key lime come together in this cream cheese swirled muffin

2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/3 cup key lime juice (plus zest of 1 lime-optional)
1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries

8 oz of cream cheese, room temperature
