Rava Pooris or Sooji Puri is a delicious and healthy Indian breakfast. Soft and Puffy pooris are loved by kids and adults alike and can be accompanied by a variety of spicy and flavorful curries. Rava Poori is nutritious and quite easy to prepare.

Mix the whole wheat Powder, Rava, sugar and salt. Add lukewarm water and mix well to get a nice medium soft dough (The dough should not be sticky but smooth). Rub oil in your hands and knead the dough well....
