Rava/Sooji Thalipeeth is the famous Maharashtrain dish it is served during tea time and even in snacks .It is made of local herbs and spices, it is very delicious and mouthwatering .

1 1/2 bowl rice flour
4-5 tsp grated coconut
3-4 dried red chillies finely chopped
Salt according to taste
3-4 chopped garlic cloves
1 spring onion finely chopped

1. In a large bowl, mix in flour, grated coconut, chillies, salt, garlic, coriander and water.
2. Mix well and add this mix to a heated pan with oil.
3. Make thaalipeeth, cook well on both sides and serve hot.
