2 c pears, peeled, cored and chopped
•1 c dry red wine
•1/2 inch piececeylon cinnamon
•1/2 inch pieceVietnamese cinnamon
•1/2 c fruit sugar or fine sugar
•1 1/2 oz dark chocolate, chopped
•10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
•cooking spray
