SOAK THE BEANS OVERNIGHT BOIL IT BY ADDING SALT , BLACK CARDAMOM AND BAY LEAF IN PRESSURE COOKER TILL TWO WHISTLES NOW TAKE A PAN ADD OIL ADD ONION IN IT AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE GREEN CHILLY AND TOMATO PUREE PUT SOME SALT FOR TOMATO PUREE COOK FOR SOME TIME AND ADD GARAM MASALA SALT TURMERIC POWDER AND RED CHILLY POWDER MIX IT PROPERLY REMOVE THE LID OF COOKER YOUR BEAN IS SOFT REMOVE TWO TEA SPOON OF BEANS MASH IT AND MIX IT IN TOMATO PUREE ADD THIS PUREE IN COOKER MIX IT WELL WITH BOILED BEANS AND CLOSE THE LID OF COOKER COOK IT FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES SERVE WITH BOILED RICE
