Red Pepper Scrambled Egg

A twist on traditional scrambled egg. Add it to fried rice and the rice will gain a pretty pink color.

¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon olive oil

Put all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, and pour the mixture into the skillet.
After the egg is a little set, use a spatula to push the edges toward the center.
Stir the egg and push the edges back again. Repeat until evenly cooked.
