Red Velvet Cake Crinkle Cookies

There is just something about crinkle cookies that I can’t get enough of. When I was growing up they were one of my favorite cookies to make because of the look; yet the cookies I hated to make the most because of the steps it took to make them. This recipe simplifies the process and you will have deliciously moist cookies in no time.

1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix (I used Betty Crocker because of the box tops)
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar for rolling, I used a little less than 1/2 a cup

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray lightly with Pam.
