Red Velvet Cake Hearts

Red Velvet Cake filled with Cream Cheese Icing & rolled into the shape of a heart. Perfect for Valentine's Day lovers or a special holiday treat for your kids' lunch boxes.

Cake:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp red food coloring
1/2 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, cold
6 Tbsp butter, lightly softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
