3 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. canola oil
1 c. applesauce
1 1/8 c. Truvía® Baking Blend
3 eggs
1/8 c. red food coloring*
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 tsp vinegar
Frosting
16 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 c. Truvía® Baking Blend
1 tsp vanilla
