Rich creamy chocolate bark topped with Red Velvet M&M's and an excessive amount of sprinkles.

1 pound good melting chocolate ( bars, chips, melts)
1 pound good melting white chocolate
Red food coloring
1 cup of crushed Red Velvet M&M's
Valentine's Day themed sprinkles
