2 Cups Skim Milk
¼ Cup Egg Beaters
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter or Smart Balance Margarine (no or low trans fats preferable)
