Reese’s Cookie Ice Cream Pops are the perfect refreshing summer treat. They are so easy to assemble that even the kids can help. The hardest part is letting them set up in the freezer for 2 hours!

1 (12 ounce) bag mini Reese's peanut butter cups
1 (9.5 ounce) bag Chewy Chips Ahoy Cookies with Reese's
1 quart vanilla ice cream ( slightly softened )
8 (5 ounce) paper cups
8 popsicle sticks
